Refund policy

All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

(Please see the Size Guide under each item to ensure you have the correct fit).

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, KLAYTOS APPAREL offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery. 

You do not need to send back the damaged item.

A clear photo of the affected item will be required for confirmation purposes. Please email us at klaytosapparel@gmail.com. This will help us provide a fast resolution.
